Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of January, 1926.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the tenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 2 roods 32·3 perches.
Being part Lot 6, D.P. 4514, being part Manawatu-Kukutauaki 2D No. 3, situated in Block XI, Mount Robinson Survey District. (S.O. 1933.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 61483, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a worker's dwelling, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Wanganui as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the tenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 7 acres o roods 10 perches.
Being portion of Section 44, situated in Block IV, Mangawhero Survey District. (S.O. 1989.)

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the second day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 51, of the ninth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, taking land for a further portion of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway (Napier Northwards), portions of Putorino and Mohaka Sections, and for road-diversions in connection therewith and a road approach thereto, as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land having been incorrectly described.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land affected : 5 acres 3 roods 23·2 perches, being portion of Scenic Reserve.
Situated in Block II, Moeangiangi Survey District (Hawke's Bay R.D.). (S.O. 811-812.)
In the Hawke's Bay Land District : as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 61750 (sheets 5 and 6), deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of January, 1926.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway to take further land between Westfield and Otahuhu, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
