Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of

hereto ; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every
other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this
behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby set apart for a further portion of the East
Coast Main Trunk Railway (portion of Te Puna Section) and
for a road-diversion in connection therewith ; and I also
