A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portions of street in the City of Wellington described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of street closed :—

A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
0 0 2·42 Part Lot 102, D.P. 1301, being part Section 1 (S.O. 2001); plan P.W.D. 65955.
0 0 5·7 Part Lot 102, D.P. 1301, and closed street, being part Section 1 (S.O. 1867); plan P.W.D. 65954.

Situated in Block VII, Port Nicholson Survey District, City of Wellington (Evans Bay R.D.).

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked as above mentioned, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of June, 1926.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road : 2 roods 25 perches.
Portion of Lot 1 on D.P. 4034; coloured pink.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 1 rood 3 perches.
Adjoining or passing through 58B No. 2 and Lot 1 on D.P. 4034; coloured green.

All situated in Onewhereo Parish, Block V, Maramarua Survey District. (S.O. 21954.)

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 66060, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

All in the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 62101, deposited in the Office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
