That I am not in any manner interested in the distribution of the estate and effects of the above-named deceased.

That I am well acquainted with the value of personal property and effects of a similar nature to that specified in the [Insert the number of schedule], Schedule, hereto annexed, other than scrip, stock, and shares.*

That I have personally made a full and complete inspection and examination of all the various articles enumerated in the said schedule.

That to the best of my knowledge and belief the sums of money set opposite the various items comprised in the said schedule represent and were the full and true values of the various articles aforesaid at the date of [Insert death of the deceased, or gifts as set out in the said schedule, or vesting upon joint tenancy as set out in the said schedule, as the case may be].

That the valuation set out in the [Insert the number of schedules] Schedule hereto annexed is the valuation of the land described in such schedule appearing in the general valuation roll as at the date of the [Insert death of the deceased, or gifts as set out in the said schedule, or vesting upon joint tenancy as set out in the said schedule, as the case may be].
