ERRATUM.—In the Schedule to the Proclamation dated the 27th day of March, 1926, and published in Gazette No. 20, page 850, of the 1st day of April, 1926, taking land for the purposes of a road in Block I, Brighton Survey District, insert the words “portion of Section” in lieu of “Section” in each case.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Huiroa Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 36·7 perches.

Being Lot 1, being portion of part Section 2, Block V, and portion of part Section 25, Block VI, situated in Huiroa Survey District. (S.O. 6483.)

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65741, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of April, 1926.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Maioro Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 29·9 perches.

Portion of Allotments 13, 20, and 21, Parish of Waiuku East, situated in Block III, Maioro Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 23597.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65715, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of April, 1926.
