Establishing Children's Courts under the Child Welfare Act, 1925.

CHARLES FERGUSSON, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Child Welfare Act, 1925, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby establish for the purposes of the said Act Children's Courts at each of the places named in the first column of the Schedule hereto; and I do hereby further declare that the said Courts shall have jurisdiction within the area defined in the second column of the said Schedule.
