ERRATA.—In the Order in Council dated the 20th day of February, 1924, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 13, page 589, of the 28th day of February, 1924, declaring Taumatatotara Block Access Road, in the Kawhia County, to be a county road, read “county road” in lieu of “Government road” in the ninth line of the said Order in Council.

In the Proclamation published in Gazette No. 15, page 654, of 18th March, 1926; declaring land taken for a Government work and not required for that purpose to be Crown land, for the date of the Proclamation read “9th day of March, 1926,” in lieu of “5th day of March, 1926.” (P.W. 23/366.)

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Kuriwao Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 acre 0 roods 4 perches.
Portion of Section 4; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre.
Adjoining or passing through Section 4; coloured green.
All situated in Block X, Kuriwao Survey District (Otago R.D.).
All in the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65332, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of March, 1926.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Drury Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 8 perches.
Portion of Lot 157, Suburban Section 2, Pukekohe Parish, situated in Block XIV, Drury Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 21581.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65578, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of March, 1926.
