A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Maramarua Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road : 2 roods 4 perches, being portion of south part 58, Maramarua Parish. Situated in Block XII, Maramarua Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 23732.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 64553, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of December, 1925.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Cambridge Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road : 1 acre 1 rood 3·2 perches, being portion of Section 188 (Cemetery Reserve).
Situated in Block V, Cambridge Survey District (Hautapu Parish). (S.O. 23426.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 63890, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me
in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fourth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six.

Revoking a Proclamation proclaiming Land as a Road in Block V, Cambridge Survey District, Cambridge Road District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section five of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the twelfth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 16, of the twentieth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, proclaiming land as a road in Block V, Cambridge Survey District, Cambridge Road District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of December, 1925.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Land for Waterworks Purposes in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District, City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the thirtieth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 59, of the fourth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, taking land for waterworks purposes in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District, City of Wellington, as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the purposes for which it was taken.
