Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.

Revoking a Proclamation taking Land for the Purposes of a
Gravel-pit in Block X, Corwar Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Amendment Act,
1909, and of every other power and authority in anyway
enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson,
Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the second day of
April, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and published
in the New Zealand Gazette No. 44, of the tenth day of April,
one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, taking land for
the purposes of a gravel-pit in Block X, Corwar Survey
District, such land being no longer required for the purposes
for which it was taken.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under
the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of March, 1926.

Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged
Soldiers under Special Tenures, in the North Auckland Land
District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settle-
ment Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
revoke the Proclamation made on the fourteenth day of
August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and pub-
lished in the Gazette of the eighteenth day of August then
instant, setting apart Crown land for selection by discharged
soldiers, under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915,
in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 318, Paremoremo Parish: Area, 15 acres 2 roods
20 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of March,
1926.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by section three of the Discharged
Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson,
Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the tenth day
of December, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, and
published in the Gazette of the thirteenth day of December
then instant, setting apart Crown lands for selection by
discharged soldiers, under the Land Act, 1924, in so far as it
relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.

Bay of Islands County.—Kawakawa Survey District.
SECTION 4, Block XV : Area, 116 acres 3 roods 16 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-

under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of March,

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me
by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement
Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the area of Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart
and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to
discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner pro-
vided in the said Act.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 2, Block XIV, Mata Survey District : Area, 6 acres
0 roods 12 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
