Declaring Portion of the Te Kuiti-Taumarunui Road (Mangapehi-Kopaki Section) in the Waitomo County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 21st day of December, 1925.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE J. G. COATES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road in the Taranaki Land District, Waitomo County, known as the Te Kuiti-Taumarunui Road, (Mangapehi-Kopaki Section), commencing at its junction with Kopaki Road at or near the Kopaki Railway-station, and proceeding thence generally in a south-easterly direction adjoining or passing through part Section 68M and Part Mangapehi No. 68G 2D, Block V, Mapara Survey District, and terminating at a point in the said Section No. 68G 2D; being a distance of 1 mile 20 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 64742, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Matuku Road, in the Whakatane County, to be a County Road.

ALL that road in the Auckland Land District, Whakatane County, known as Matuku Road, commencing at its junction with the Tarawera Factory Road at the south-western corner of Section 9s, Block I, and proceeding thence generally in a north-easterly direction adjoining or passing through the said Section 9s, Section 7s, Block I, Section 4s, Block I, and thence proceeding in a south-easterly direction generally adjoining or passing through the said Section 4s, Block II, and Lot 12, D.P. 7474, Block II, and terminating at the easternmost corner of the said Lot 12 at its junction with Awaiti Road; being a distance of 2 miles 22 chains, more or less. All in Matata Parish, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 64720, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Wharariki Road, in the Patea County, to be a County Road.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 64879, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue.
