THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

I, Herbert William Hopkins, of Auckland, Attorney of the Komata Reefs Gold-mining Company (Limited), do solemnly and sincerely declare that this is a true and complete statement of the affairs of the said company as on the 30th day of June, 1925 (being the date of the last balance-sheet); and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true, and by virtue of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908.

In the matter of the ONEPU LAND COMPANY (LIMITED).
AT an extraordinary meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held at the offices of Messrs. J. H. Bethune and Co., Auctioneers, in Featherston Street, Wellington, on the 3rd day of December, 1925, the following special resolution was duly passed and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the said company also duly convened and held at the same place on the 21st day of December, 1925, the said resolution was duly confirmed, viz.: -
"That the company be would up voluntarily, and that ARTHUR HENRY HOLLIS be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up." Dated 21st day of December, 1925.

SCARGILL SALEYARDS COMPANY (LIMITED).

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

AT the Adjournment of the annual general meeting of the above company, held on 1st August last, the following special resolution was passed : "That the company go into voluntary liquidation." This special resolution was confirmed at an extraordinary general meeting of the company called for that purpose held on 29th August.
