(5.) CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION.

  1. The name of every person removed from the register under section 9 of the said Act shall be published in the Gazette, and the Masseurs Registration Board may, if it thinks fit, state the ground for such removal.

  2. Such publication shall take place after the time for appeal under section 10 of the said Act has expired, if no appeal is pending; or, in the case of an appeal, then after the decision of Board of Appeal has been given.

  3. Every certificate of registration issued to any person whose name is removed from the register as aforesaid shall be returned to the Registrar within one month from the date of publication in the Gazette of the notification aforesaid.

  4. Every such person who without just cause fails so to return any certificate shall be liable to a fine not exceeding Β£5.

(6.) FEES.

The fees set out in the Second Schedule hereto shall be paid in respect of the matters therein specified and shall be payable in advance.

The Masseurs Registration Act, 1920.

THIS is to certify that ___ has received satisfactory training as a Masseur and is the holder of a certificate as a Masseur granted after an examination in both theoretical and practical massage (including medical electricity, remedial exercises, and other branches of physio-therapy).

In witness whereof this certificate has been awarded as an evidence of his registration as a Masseur under paragraph (b) of section 6 (1) of the Masseurs Registration Act, 1920.

The Masseurs Registration Act, 1920.

THIS is to certify that __ has passed the examination in both theoretical and practical massage (including medical electricity, remedial exercises, and other branches of physio-therapy) held by the Masseurs Registration Board of New Zealand, and has satisfied the Board that he is fully competent to perform the duties of a Masseur.

In witness whereof this certificate has been awarded as an evidence of his registration as a Masseur under paragraph (c) of section 6 (1) of the Masseurs Registration Act, 1920.
