Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.—Declaration by the Assistant Registrar dissolving a Society.

I, WILLIAM GREER FLETCHER, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that the Te Aroha and District Returned Soldiers Association (Incorporated) is no longer carrying on its operations, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.

Sentence of Naval Court-martial annulled.

Navy Office,
Wellington, 1st December, 1925.

THE Naval Board have had under review the proceedings of a Court-martial held on board H.M.S. “Philomel” on 2nd June, 1925, for the trial of Sick Berth Petty Officer Stanley Howard Bowen, official number M. 3022, of H.M.S. “Dunedin.” The Naval Board, after due consideration, have decided that the sentence awarded on that occasion is to be annulled.
