WE, five of the Judges of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, in pursuance of the powers vested in us by the Judicature Act, 1908, hereby make the following rules respecting the places and times for holding sittings of the Supreme Court and sittings in Chambers, in the several judicial districts for the year 1926:—

NORTHERN JUDICIAL DISTRICT.

Sittings for the trial of criminal and civil cases, and of causes under the Divorce and Matrimonial Causes Act, 1908, will be held at the Supreme Court House, AUCKLAND, to commence on the following days, at 10 a.m. :—

HAMILTON JUDICIAL DISTRICT.
