A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settle-
ment Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set
apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to
discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner pro-
vided in the said Act.

Waiapu County.-Waipiro Block.
SECTION 1, Block XIII, Waipiro Survey District: Area,
829 acres.
Lot 2 of Section 2, Block XVI, Mata Survey District: Area,

conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settle-
ment Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
revoke the Proclamation made on the nineteenth day of
December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three,
and published in the Gazette of the tenth day of January, one
thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, setting apart Crown
land for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Discharged
Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land
in the Schedule hereto.

published in the Gazette of the thirtieth day of August then

the land in the Schedule hereto.
