The South-eastern Side of Portion of Marquis Street, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 6th day of October, 1925.

THE HONOURABLE J. G. COATES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the ninth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, viz:-
"The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the south-eastern side of all that portion of Marquis Street, beginning at its junction with Margaret Street and extending for a distance of approximately 249 links, being portion of road fronting Lots 53, 56, and 57 (D.P. 222), and Lot 58, deeds title, being part Section 3, Kaiwarra Registration District, Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of the portion of Marquis Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Marquis Street, fronting Lots 53, 56, and 57 (D.P. 222), and Lot 58 (D.P, 86), being part Section 3, Kaiwarra R.D.
As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 63629, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.

The North-eastern Side of Portion of Cambridge Avenue, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side of the portion of Cambridge Avenue (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of twenty feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE north-eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Cambridge Avenue, abutting on part Lot 8 (D.P. 1901), being part Town Section 268, City of Wellington. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 63260, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

The South-western Side of Portion of Dorset Street, in the Borough of Richmond, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Richmond Borough Council on the twenty-eighth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, viz :-
"That the Richmond Borough Council, having control of that portion of the south-western side of Dorset Street and extending for a distance of 410.48 links, being the frontage of part Section 25, Waimea East, Block VII, Waimea Survey District, being owned by Martha Vida Russ, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of the street";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-western side of the portion of Dorset Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street, such condition being of the same effect as clause thirty-nine, subclause one of Part IV of the Richmond Borough Council By-law No. 1, 1917.
SCHEDULE.
THE south-western side of all that portion of street, situated in the Nelson Land District, Borough of Richmond, known as Dorset Street, fronting part Section 25, Waimea East, Block VII, Waimea Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 64124, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.
