enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the ninth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 56, of the fourteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, taking land for the purposes of section five of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1910, in Blocks I, VIII, and IX, Leaning Rock Survey District, as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the purpose for which it was taken.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land not required : 559 acres 1 rood 10 perches, being portion of Section 38, situated in Block VIII, Leaning Rock Survey District, shown on plan P.W.D. 64028, edged green ; 122 acres 2 roods 10 perches, being the balance of the area of 126 acres 3 roods 33 perches taken from Section 36, Block VIII, Leaning Rock Survey District, after excluding the area of 4 acres 1 rood 23 perches, the taking of which was revoked by a Proclamation published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 60, of the 11th day of September, 1924. As more particularly delineated on the plans marked P.W.D.'s 59836 and 60091.

In the Otago Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of October, 1925.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the roads in Punakaiki Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto ; and do also hereby declare so much of the land comprised therein as is described in the Second Schedule hereto, being adjacent to the reserve likewise described in the said Second Schedule, to be added to the said reserve.

LAND ADDED TO THE SCHOOL RESERVE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land dealt with : 35 perches, being the parcel fifthly described in the foregoing First Schedule ; adjoining Reserve 972, Block I, Punakaiki Survey District (permanently reserved as a site for a public school by a Warrant dated 6th April, 1920, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 36, of the 8th April, 1920).

All in the Westland Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked as above mentioned, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of October, 1925

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, the Public Works Amendment Act, 1913, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the estate of leasehold in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by J. L. Wrathall under an unregistered lease from His Majesty the King, for a term of twenty-one years from the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road ; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirty-first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the estate of leasehold is taken : 54 perches, being portion of Section 146 E.R.

Situated in the Township of Mangonui, Block V, Mangonui Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 20140.)

In the North Auckland Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 53224, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of October, 1925.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, the Public Works Amendment Act, 1913, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the estate of leasehold in the land described in the Schedule hereto held by John Henderson Gilchrist, Daniel Gilchrist, Alexander Gilchrist, and William Gilchrist under lease from the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington for a term of twenty-one years from the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three, such lease being registered in the Land and Deeds Registry Office at Wellington as No. 15445, is hereby taken for street purposes at Taranaki and Wakefield Streets, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned ; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirty-first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the estate of leasehold is taken : 0.72 perches, being part Lot 37 (D.P. 394), being part Block X, of Reserve K, Te Aro Reclamation.

Situated in the City of Wellington. (S.O. 1941.)

In the Wellington Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 63261, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of October, 1925.
