NGARUAWAHIA BOROUGH COUNCIL.
Pursuant to section 12 of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, I hereby give notice that at a poll of ratepayers of the Borough of Ngaruawhia taken on the 11th day of August, 1925, on the proposal of the Ngaruawhia Borough Council to borrow the sum of £2,000 for the purpose of purchasing the improvements on the library endowment (being Section 48, Town of Ngaruawhia),-
The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 61 ; the number of votes recorded against the proposal was 28. I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.

Pursuant to section 12 of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, I hereby give public notice that at a poll of ratepayers of the Borough of Tauranga taken on the 31st August, 1925, on the proposal of the Tauranga Borough Council to borrow the sum of £16,670 for streets-improvements, the number of votes cast was as follows :-
For the proposal, 250 ; against the proposal, 123 : total, 373.
And I hereby declare the loan to be carried.

Inscribed Stock, maturing 20th April, 1929, will be closed from the 1st October to the 20th October, 1925 (inclusive), for the purpose of the issue of half-yearly interest.

Regulations as to Drainage and Plumbing under the Health Act, 1920, applied to the Borough of Motueka. (H. 2/...)

WHEREAS by an Order in Council made on the 3rd day of September, 1923, and gazetted on the 6th day of the same month, regulations (to be cited as "the Drainage and Plumbing Regulations") were made under the Health Act, 1920, prescribing the conditions to be observed in the construction of approved drains, septic tanks, sanitary conveniences, and sanitary appliances :
And whereas by the said regulations it was provided that the same were suspended as provided in the said Act :
And whereas by section 133 of the said Act it is enacted that the operation of any such regulations may, if so provided therein, be wholly suspended until they are applied by the Minister by notice in the Gazette to any part of New Zealand:
Now, therefore, I, Maui Pomare, Minister of Health, in exercise of the power and authority given by the said regulations and by section 133 of the said Act, do hereby apply the said regulations to the Borough of Motueka, and do hereby declare that this notice shall take effect on the 15th day of September, 1925.
