ALL that area containing 172 acres 1 rood 30 perches, more or less, being Section 14, Block VII, Catlin's Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 218/3, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of September, 1925.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921-22, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a provisional State forest.

SCHEDULE.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.-AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.

Provisional State Forest No. Part 119.

ALL that area containing by admeasurement 68 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Section 11, Block XVI, Tutamoe Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan 8/6, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of September, 1925.

Revocation of the Reservation of a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Forests Act, 1921-22, and pursuant to a resolution in that behalf passed by both Houses of Parliament, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke (so far only as it relates to the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto) the Proclamation of the twenty-fourth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, whereby the said land (with certain other land) was set apart as a permanent State forest, and declare that the reservation thereby effected is (so far only as aforesaid) revoked accordingly.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in Southland Land District, being part Section 64, Block VII, and Section 20, Block X, Oteramika Hundred, containing by admeasurement 165 acres 2 roods, more or less, and shown more particularly on plan No. 216/1, deposited in the Head Office, State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of September, 1925.

Amending the Description of Pohangina Domain, Wellington Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of September, 1925.
Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and gazetted on the third day of that month (hereinafter referred to as the said Order in Council), a Domain Board was appointed to have control of the Pohangina Domain:
And whereas an error was made in the description of the said domain in the Schedule to the said Order in Council, and it is expedient that the error should be rectified:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby amend the Schedule to the said Order in Council by substituting the description of the said Pohangina Domain set forth in the Schedule hereto in lieu of the description of the said domain set forth in the Schedule to the said Order in Council.

SCHEDULE.

POHANGINA DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 23 acres 0 roods 18 perches, more or less, being Town Section 34 and Suburban Sections 32A and 32B, Town of Pohangina.

Amending an Order in Council authorizing the Thames Valley Electric-power Board to construct Electric Works.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of September, 1925.
Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by section forty-nine of the Electric-power Boards Act, 1918, as amended by section seventeen of the Electric-power Boards Amendment Act, 1920, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend the Order in Council dated the ninth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, authorizing the Thames Valley Electric-power Board to construct electric works in the Borough of Waihi, published in Gazette No. 17, page 723, of twelfth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, by adding to the operative part of such Order in Council the following words "subject to the following conditions."

WHEREAS it is enacted by Part II of the Fisheries Act, 1908, that the Governor-General in Council may from time to time, by Order in Council gazetted, make regulations to have force and effect throughout New Zealand, or only in such waters or places as are specified in the regulations:
And whereas by Orders in Council dated the twenty-fourth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen,
