Land proclaimed as a Street in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the City of Wellington described in the Schedule hereto.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A STREET.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a street:-

0 0 27·75 Part Lot 60, Township of Wadestown (tramway), being part Section 1; coloured red.
0 0 2·49 Part Lot 32 (D.P. 2644), being part Section l ; coloured neutral.
1 1 23·1 Lot 15, D.P. 2644 (tramway), being part Section l ; coloured red.
Situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District (Harbour R.D.), (City of Wellington). (S.O. 1971.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 63493, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of September, 1925.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the second day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 acres 2 roods 14 perches.
Portion of Section 4, Block II, Tutamoe Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 23083.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 63708, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of September, 1925.

The Leasehold Interest in Land in Block III, Retaruke Survey District, taken for Scenic Purposes.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, the Public Works Amendment Act, 1913, the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908, and the Scenery Preservation Amendment Act, 1910, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the estate of leasehold in the land described in the Schedule hereto held by John Reginald Powell under lease from His Majesty the King for a term of twenty-one years from the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, such lease being registered in the Land and Deeds Registry Office at Wellington as No. 15266, is hereby taken for scenic purposes; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-sixth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the estate of leasehold is taken : 32 acres, being portion of Section 7.
Situated in Block III, Retaruke Survey District. (S.O. 245/11.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 61835, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of September, 1925.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government roads described in the Schedule hereto, such roads being no longer required.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Wellington-Foxton Railway to take further land at Ngaio, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
