THE Postmaster-General of the Dominion of New Zealand
having reasonable ground for supposing that the persons
whose names and addresses are shown in the Schedule here-
under are engaged in promoting or carrying out a lottery or
scheme of chance, it is hereby ordered, under section 28 of
the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, that no money-order in
favour of any of the said persons shall be issued, and that no
postal packet addressed to any of the said persons (either by
their own or any fictitious or assumed names), or addressed to
the addresses in the Schedule hereunder without a name,
shall be either registered or forwarded by the Post Office
of New Zealand.

THE Postmaster-General of the Dominion of New Zealand
having reasonable grounds for supposing that the person
whose name and address are shown in the Schedule hereunder
is engaged in promoting or carrying out a lottery or scheme

Extending the Reciprocal Enforcement of Judgments Ordinance,
1922 (Fiji), to New Zealand.

THE following copy of an Order in Council declaring that
the provisions of the Reciprocal Enforcement of
Judgments Ordinance, 1922 (Fiji), shall extend to New
Zealand is published for general information.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
Made the third day of July, 1925, at Government House,
Suva.

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section 7 of the Reciprocal Enforcement
of Judgments Ordinance, 1922, it is provided that
where the Governor is satisfied that reciprocal provisions
have been made by the Legislature of any other part of His
Majesty’s Dominions outside the United Kingdom for the
enforcement within that part of His Majesty’s Dominions of
judgments obtained in the Supreme Court of Fiji, the Go-
vernor may, by Order in Council, declare that the said Ordi-
nance shall extend to judgments obtained in a Superior
Court in that part of His Majesty’s Dominions in like manner
as it extends to judgments obtained in a Superior Court in
the United Kingdom, and on any such order being made the
said Ordinance shall extend accordingly :
And whereas the Governor is satisfied that such reciprocal
provisions have been made by the Legislature of the Dominion
of New Zealand:
Now, therefore, I, by virtue of the powers in me vested as
aforesaid, do, by and with the advice and consent of my
Executive Council, hereby order that the said Ordinance
shall be and hereby is extended to judgments obtained in
any Superior Court within the Dominion of New Zealand,
and that the said Ordinance shall and does apply to such
judgments in like manner as it extends to judgments obtained
in a Superior Court in the United Kingdom.
Made by the Governor in Council this third day of July,
1925.
