Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.--Declaration by the Assistant Registrar dissolving a Society.

I, LEONARD GRAY TUCK, *Assistant Registrar of
Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as
it has been made to appear to me that the Dunedin
Spiritualistic Association (Incorporated) is no longer carrying
on its operations, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved
in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies
Act, 1908.

Dated at Dunedin this 6th day of August, 1925.

Notice to Mariners--No. 63 of 1925.

NEW ZEALAND--NORTH ISLAND.--EAST COAST--WELLINGTON HARBOUR.

Light to be installed.

THE Wellington Harbour Board notify that it is intended
to install an automatic flashing white light on the
existing white concrete beacon situated at Point Halswell.
It is intended the light will commence to function early in
October, 1925.
Further notice will be given.

Notice to Mariners No. 64 of 1925.

THE following Notices to Mariners, which have been
received from the Hydrographic Office, London, are
published for general information.

[TEMPORARY.]

ENGLAND, SOUTH-WEST COAST.--SCILLY ISLES.

Round Island Lighthouse.--Experimental W/T Beacon Fog-
signal established.

Position.--Lat. 49° 58' 42" N., long. 6° 19' 20" W., on
chart No. 34. Wave length, 1,000 metres.

Details.--A wireless beacon fog-signal has been established
experimentally at Round Island Lighthouse, and will be
operated only at such times as the experiments may require.
The signal consists of the letters GKD in Morse code
(--. --- -..) transmitted seven times in
succession every four minutes, thus : -- --- . -- - --
(repeated 7 times), 52 sec.; silent, 3 min. 8 sec.

Remarks.--Masters of vessels intercepting this signal are
requested to forward reports as to its effectiveness to the
Secretary, Trinity House, London E.C. 3.

SOUTH PACIFIC OCEAN.--COOK ISLANDS, AITUTAKI.
Maina Islet Reef.--Reported to extend further westward.

Position.--Western end of Maina Islet. Lat. 10° 55' S.,
long. 159° 49' W. (approx.).

Details.--The note "Reef repd. to extend further to westd.
(1925)" is to be inserted on the plan, against the reef off
the western end of Maina Islet.

Position.--In western approach to Semarang and at a
distance of about 20 miles north-eastward of Pemalang Point.
Lat. 6° 37' 00" S., long. 109° 46' 00" E. (approx.), on chart
No. 1653.

Depth.--2½ fathoms (4m6).

NOTE.--The note "Repd. (1925) (P.A.)" is to be inserted
against this shoal on the charts, pending the receipt of
further information.

Notice to Mariners No. 65 of 1925.

NEW ZEALAND.--NORTH ISLAND.--NORTH-EASTERN COAST.--
MATAKAWA POINT.

Wellington, N.Z., 12th August, 1925.

Light installed.

NOTICE is hereby given that on and after the evening
of Tuesday, 25th August, 1925, a light will be exhibited
from a white-painted tower, 10 ft. in height, situated on the
northern side of Matakawa Point, the northern entrance
point to Hicks Bay westward of East Cape.

The light will be automatic, unwatched, group-flashing
white, 2 flashes every 30 seconds, flash 1 second, eclipse
between flashes 3 seconds, between groups 25 seconds, height
62 ft., visible 13½ miles.

The light will be visible from 105½°, through south, to 303°.
Position.--Latitude 37° 33½' south, longitude 178° 19½' east.
This notice cancels Notice to Mariners No. 8 of 2nd February,
1925.
