RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, the Rotorua County Council hereby resolves as follows:-

That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of two hundred pounds (£200) authorized to be raised by the Rotorua County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of forming and culverting Sunset Road, the said Rotorua County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of five-sixteenths (5/16ths) of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the Sunset Road Special-rating District in the County of Rotorua, comprising Kaitao-Rotohokahoka Sections 1J No. JA, 1J No. 2, 1T, 2D, 2E, 2F, 2G, 2H 1, 2H 2, 2I, 2J, 2K, 2L, 2M, 2P 1 and 2, part 3A No. 1, part 3A No. 1, 3A No. 2, 3A No. 3, 3B No 4, 3C No. 1, 3C No. 2A, and 3C No. 2B, all in Block IV, Horohoro Survey District; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and a half years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
