(f.) If while continuing to suffer from the disease in a communicable form
you are employed or act in any capacity where you are likely to infect
any food intended for human consumption, you commit an offence
punishable by fine or imprisonment.
(g.) If you do not adopt satisfactory means to effect a cure you may be
forcibly detained in a public hospital or other place available for
the treatment of persons suffering from venereal disease.
(h.) If you fail to carry out faithfully the directions of your medical adviser
with respect to the treatment of your disease you render yourself
liable to a fine of Β£10.

Directing Sale of Railway Land under the Public Works
Act, 1908.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of
July, 1925.

His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS by the thirtieth section of the Public Works
Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed "the said Act"), it
is enacted that if it is found that any land held, taken, purchased, or acquired at any time under this or any other Act
or Provincial Ordinance, or otherwise howsoever, for any
public work is not required for such public work the
Governor-General may, by an Order in Council publicly
notified and gazetted, cause the same to be sold under the
conditions set forth in the said Act:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of
the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the said
Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order
and direct the sale of the said land.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 8 acres 3 roods
13 perches.
Portion of railway reserve, Township of Ormondville,
Block X, Takapau Survey District, Dannevirke County.

In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 35970,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at

section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act,
1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
appoint
Alexander James Allan,
William John Bray,
William Henry Bunning,
William Bailey Martin,
Richard James Mitchell,
George Ritchie, and
Alfred Edward Taylor
to be the Huiroa Domain Board, having control of the land
described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint
Friday, the seventh day of August, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty-five, at eight o'clock p.m., as the
time when, and the Huiroa School, as the place where, the
first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
HUIROA DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing
by admeasurement 13 acres 3 roods 39Β·5 perches, more or
less, being Block IV and Sections 3, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14,
15, and 17, Block III, Huiroa Township, situated in Block IX,
Ngatimaru Survey District. As the same are more particularly
delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/338,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
