The Honourable Sir FRANCIS HENRY DILLON BELL, G.C.M.G., K.C., holding a seat in the
Executive Council, and the offices of Prime Minister, Attorney-General, and Minister of
External Affairs;
The Honourable WILLIAM NOSWORTHY, holding a seat in the Executive Council, and the offices
of Minister of Agriculture, Minister of Immigration, Minister of Finance, and Minister of
Stamp Duties ;
The Honourable JOSEPH GORDON COATES, M.C., holding a seat in the Executive Council, and
the offices of Minister of Public Works, Minister of Railways, Native Minister, and Post-
master-General and Minister of Telegraphs ;
The Honourable Sir CHRISTOPHER JAMES PARR, K.C.M.G., holding a seat in the Executive
Council, and the offices of Minister of Education and Minister of Justice;
The Honourable GEORGE JAMES ANDERSON, holding a seat in the Executive Council, and the
offices of Minister of Labour, Minister of Mines, and Minister of Marine;
