Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.

I, WILLIAM JOHNSTON, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appeal to me that The Dannevirke Spiritualist Church, (Incorporated), 1922/3, is no longer carrying on its operations, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.

Stores Regulations under the Public Service Act, 1912.

WHEREAS by section thirty-four of the Public Service Act, 1912 (hereinafter called "the said Act"), the Commissioner, with the approval of the Governor-General in Council, is authorized to make regulations for the carrying-out of the provisions of the said Act:
Now, therefore, the Commissioner, in pursuance and exercise of the said authority, and with the approval of the Governor-General in Council, doth hereby, in respect of the Stores Regulations made under the authority of the said Act, make the revocations in the Schedule hereto, and doth order that such revocations shall have effect as from the fifth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five.

SCHEDULE.

  1. THE Stores Regulations published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 19th day of April, 1913, and the several amendments thereof published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 14th day of May, 1914, the 11th day of June, 1914, and the 29th day of October, 1914, are hereby revoked.
  2. The Stores Regulations (Departmental Property) published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 11th day of June, 1914, are hereby revoked.
    As witness my hand this 19th day of May, 1925.
