SCHEDULE.

All the northern side of Forth Street in the Canterbury Land District, City of Christchurch, situated between Stanmore Road and Tweed Street. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 61381, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Portion of Road in Block VI, Motueka Survey District, Waimea County, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of January, 1925.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Waimea County Council on the second day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, viz:-
"That the Waimea County Council, being the local authority having control of that portion of the public road passing through Section 58, Square 3, Block VI, Motueka Survey District, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of the road which is less than one chain in width";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on either side of the portion of the road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.

SCHEDULE.

All that portion of road in the Nelson Land District, Waimea County, adjoining or passing through part of Section 58, Square 3, Block VI, Motueka Survey District, as more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 60954, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Portions of Kawai Street and Tukuka Street, in the City of Nelson, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of January, 1925.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Nelson City Council on the eighteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, viz. :-
"That the Nelson City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Nelson known as Kawai Street and Tukuka Street respectively, hereby resolves that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of Kawai Street between Tukuka Street and Motueka Street or to that portion of Tukuka Street between Kawai Street and Waimea Road";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the portions of Kawai Street

and Tukuka Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portions of streets, such condition being of the same effect as By-law No. 229 of the City of Nelson By-law No. 1 (1916), Part VII, relating to building-line.

SCHEDULE.

All that portion of street situated in the Nelson Land District, City of Nelson, known as Kawai Street, extending between Tukuka Street and Motueka Street.
Also all that portion of street situated in the said land district and city, known as Tukuka Street, extending between Kawai Street and Waimea Road.
As the said portions of streets are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 61633, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

The Eastern Side of Portion of Queen's Road, in the City of Nelson, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Nelson City Council on the eighteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, viz. :-
"That the Nelson City Council, being the local authority having control of the street in the City of Nelson known as Queen's Road, hereby resolves that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to those portions of the said street fronting Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 7 of Section 41 between the points A-D and D-C as shown on the plan attached to this resolution and marked with the letter E";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the eastern side of the portion of Queen's Road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street, such condition being of the same effect as By-law No. 229 of the City of Nelson By-law No. 1 (1916), Part VII, relating to building-line.

SCHEDULE.

The eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Nelson Land District, City of Nelson, known as Queen's Road, fronting Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 7 of part Section 41; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 61658, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red
