N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir
Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the
land in the Borough of Paeroa described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the street
described in the Second Schedule hereto.
