to be Assistant Clerk of the Magistrate’s Court at Lawrence, for the purposes of section 8 of the Magistrates’ Courts Amendment Act, 1922, and Assistant Clerk of the Warden’s Court at Lawrence, in the Otago Mining District, constituted under the Mining Act, 1908, as from the 1st day of May, 1925.

to be Crier at Christchurch of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, for the purposes of the Judicature Act, 1908, as from the 30th day of April, 1925.
Frank Graham Hutton, Esq.,
to be Returning Officer for the Auckland Central Electoral District, for the purposes of the Legislature Act, 1908, and the Returning Officer for the Licensing District of Auckland, for the purposes of the Licensing Act, 1908, as from the 1st day of May, 1925.
Harry Dyer Bennett, Esq.,
to be Crier at Dunedin of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, for the purposes of the Judicature Act, 1908, as from the 29th day of April, 1925.
James Miller, Esq.,
to be Clerk of the Magistrates’ Court at Auckland, for the purposes of the Magistrates’ Courts Act, 1908, as from the 28th day of April, 1925.

to be the Registrar of Electors for the Electoral District of Rangitikei, for the purposes of the Legislature Act, 1908, as from the 1st day of May, 1925.

Captain A. E. Brendon, from the Auckland Regiment (Countess of Ranfurly’s Own), to be Captain (13th Coast Battery). Dated 23rd April, 1925.
Lieutenant A. A. Currey to be Captain (20th Pack Battery). Dated 20th April, 1925.
Lieutenant J. B. S. Lockhart (20th Pack Battery) is transferred to the 16th Pack Battery, with seniority as from the 31st March, 1925.
Lieutenant M. W. E. Shore (15th Coast Battery) is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Class I (b) R.D. 5. Dated 27th April, 1925.
N.Z. CORPS OF SIGNALS.
Central Depot.
2nd Lieutenant (on probation) R. Wiltshire, from the N.Z. Corps of Signals, Southern Depot, to be 2nd Lieutenant (on probation), with seniority as from the 7th November, 1924.

2nd Lieutenant (on probation) R. Wiltshire is transferred to the N.Z. Corps of Signals, Central Depot. Dated 20th April, 1925.
