IN exercise of the powers vested in me by the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921-22, I, Richard Francis Bollard, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

Alfred Allan Campbell to be a Ranger under the said Act for the Otago Acclimatization District.

HIS Excellency the Governor-General has, in pursuance of section 4 of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, been pleased to appoint Dr. Bernard Volckman to be a trustee, in the place of the Rev. John Ernest Holloway, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Ellesmere Public Cemetery.

Thomas Medlin to be a trustee, in place of David William Bartram, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Lincoln Public Cemetery.

Samuel Girvan and Adolphus Parris to be trustees, in place of Robert Rose Forsyth, left the district, and Edward Brock, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Hukerenui Public Cemetery.

Charles Thomas Borrell, Francis Hugh Friel, and Michael Francis Maze to be trustees, in place of John Greig, John Frederick Medlicott, and Charles Edward Stickings, deceased, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Pleasant Point Public Cemetery.
