Postmasters appointed to take and receive Statutory Declarations.

Pursuant to the authority conferred upon me by the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the persons set out in the Schedule hereto, being persons holding the office of Postmaster under the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, at the places set opposite their names in the said Schedule, are authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908.

Appointment as Rangers under the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921-22.

In exercise of the powers vested in me by the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921-22, I, Richard Francis Bollard, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Arthur Harlock, of Huntly, John Hughes, of Huntly, Frank Bartlett, of Northcote, Alfred Parrish, of Northcote, George Dunn, of Northcote, and Alfred George Greenwood, of Pakiri, to be Rangers under the said Act for the Auckland Acclimatization District.

As witness my hand, at Wellington, this 4th day of April, 1925.

Appointment as Ranger under the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921-22.

In exercise of the powers vested in me by the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921-22, I, Richard Francis Bollard, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint William Hogan, of Table Flat, to be a Ranger under the said Act for the Feilding and District Acclimatization District.
