ERRATUM.—In the Order in Council dated the 19th day
of January, 1925, and published in the New Zealand
Gazette No. 4, page 161, of the 23rd day of January, 1925,
declaring portion of Glenora Road, in the Akitio County, to
be a county road, read “county road” in lieu of “Government
road” in the ninth line of the said Order in Council.

Crown Land set aside as a Provisional State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests
Act, 1921-22, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, do hereby set apart the Crown land
described in the Schedule hereto as a provisional State forest.

SCHEDULE.
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.—WESTLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
Provisional State Forest No. 1723.
ALL that area in the Westland Land District, containing by
admeasurement 466 acres 2 roods 30 perches, more or less,
being Section 2807, Block V, Waiho Survey District. As the
same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 139/1, deposited
in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington,
and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of March,
1925.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in
this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Kawakawa-Hokianga
Railway (Okaihau Section) and for road-diversions in connection therewith.
