Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Waiau Survey District, Wairoa County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Waiau Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 acre 3 roods 7 perches. Being portion of Section 1; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 3 roods 29 perches. Adjoining or passing through Section 1; coloured green.
All situated in Block XXIII, Waiau Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 984, brown.) All in the Gisborne Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 55739, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of January, 1925.

Allocating Cost of certain Proceedings under Section 132 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, Borough of Feilding.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of January, 1925.
Present:
His EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance of the powers vested in him by section one hundred and thirty-two of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, and of every other power and authority enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct that the Feilding Borough Council and the Oroua County Council shall defray in equal proportions all the costs of the Commission appointed under the said Act by a Warrant under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General dated the nineteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, to hold an inquiry and make a report on the proposal to exclude an area from the Borough of Feilding and include such area in the County of Oroua.

Authorizing the Tauranga Harbour Board to reclaim Land at Tauranga Harbour.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of January, 1925.

His EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS it is provided by the one hundred and sixty-eighth section of the Harbours Act, 1923 (hereinafter called "the said Act"), that the Governor-General may from time to time, by Order in Council, authorize any Harbour Board to reclaim areas not exceeding five acres in extent in any case where he considers that the reclamation will not affect navigation and is for the benefit of the public; and in such case it shall not be necessary to obtain a special Act:
And whereas the Tauranga Harbour Board (hereinafter called "the Board") has applied to the Governor-General in Council for authority to reclaim certain land from the sea in Tauranga Harbour, for an approach to the Town Wharf, and in accordance with the provisions of the said Act has deposited a plan in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, marked M.D. 5948, showing the area of the land to be reclaimed and the manner in which it is proposed to construct the reclamation:
And whereas it has been made to appear to the Governor-General in Council that the proposed work will not be or tend to the injury of navigation, and is for the benefit of the public:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the said Act, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Board to reclaim certain land from the sea in Tauranga Harbour for an approach to the town wharf, as shown on plan marked M.D. 5948; such reclamation to be carried out and constructed in accordance with plan marked M.D. 5948, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Apportionment of Representation on the Otago Central Electric-power Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of January, 1925.
Present:
His EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Electric-power Boards Act, 1918, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke, as from the dates of the next general elections of the representatives of the constituent districts on the Otago Central Electric-power Board, the Order in Council dated the seventeenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 89, of the twenty-third day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, and doth hereby determine that the number of representatives of part of the Vincent County and the Borough of Alexandra on the Board of the Otago Central Electric-power District shall from the dates of the next general elections of the representatives of such constituent districts be the number specified in the Schedule hereto opposite the name of each such constituent district; and doth hereby further determine that the number of representatives of the Borough of Cromwell on the said Board shall be the number specified in the Schedule hereto opposite the name of that constituent district, and doth hereby fix the twenty-first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, as the date for the first election of the representatives of the Borough of Cromwell on the said Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of January, 1925.
Present:
His EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS application has been made under section twenty, subsection one, of the Finance Act, 1919, for the precedent consent of the Governor-General in Council to enable the several local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto to borrow the sums set out therein, and it is expedient that such consent should issue:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the raising of the loans hereinafter mentioned
