SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, being that
portion of the Egmont County which is not already included
within the boundaries of the Opunake Electric-power District.
As the said area is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 62045, deposited in the office of the Minister
of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land
District, and thereon bordered green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of
March, 1925.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Stratford Main Trunk Railway (portion of Matiere Section) and for road-diversions in connection therewith.

Allocating to the Purposes of a Road Land in Block V, Waitemata Survey District, taken for a Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule hereto--and which was taken for a further portion of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway (Kumeu-Helensville Section) and which is no longer required for such purposes--shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a road, and that such road shall be maintained by the Waitemata County Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by such Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of stopped Government road declared to be Crown land: 8 acres 1 rood 26 perches. Adjoining or passing through Section 20, situated in Block X, Linkwater Survey District.
In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 61024, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
