to be a Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, to hold office for a period of six months from the 9th day of March, 1925.

to be a Ranger of Crown Lands for the Auckland Land District, for the purposes of the Land Act, 1924, as from the 1st day of March, 1925.

ALEXANDER MORTLOCK WALLER, Esquire, of 5 Arundel Street, Strand, London, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England, has this day been appointed by the Right Honourable Sir Robert Stout, P.C., K.C.M.G., Chief Justice of New Zealand, a Commissioner of the Supreme Court of New Zealand in England under the 47th section of the Judicature Act, 1908, for the purpose of administering and taking all such oaths, affidavits, and affirmations as in the said section mentioned.
