Half-yearly rental, £33 15s.\nWeighted with £200, valuation for improvements, to be\npaid for in cash.\nThe improvements consist of a practically new cottage of\ntwo rooms and lean-to, and about 250 chains of fencing.\nSituated on the main Tophouse-Korere Road, about seven\nmiles from Korere Post and Telegraph Office. Practically\nall cleared land, with the exception of small patches of\nmanuka, scrub, and fern and small patches of bush in the\ngullies.
