In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and of the HUNUA AND OPAHEKE COAL COMPANY (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the 20th day of January, 1925, presented to Mr. Justice Stringer, a Judge of the Supreme Court, by Herbert Stuart Eastgate, of Auckland, Company Manager, petitioning on behalf of A. S.
