The following resolutions passed by the Legislative Council and by the House of Representatives are published in accordance with section 324 of the Land Act, 1908.

EXTRACT FROM THE JOURNALS OF THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL, THURSDAY, 2ND OCTOBER, 1924.
RESOLVED, That the report of the Lands Committee on the proposal contained in paper 182, to reserve permanently Allotment 194, Tauraroa Parish, North Auckland Land District; Section 46, Block VI, Ngatimaru Survey District, Taranaki Land District; and Section 1144, Town of Picton, Marlborough Land District, as endowments for primary education: also Sections 4R and 5R, Block XVIII, Tahoraite Survey District, Hawke's Bay Land District, and part Section 2027, Town of New Plymouth, Taranaki Land District, as endowments for secondary education, be agreed to.
