Declaring Portion of Road in Block X, Linkwater Survey District, to be a Government Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 9th day of February, 1925.
Present:
His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the portion of road declared to be a Government road: 8 acres 1 rood 26 perches. Adjoining or passing through Section 20, situated in Block X, Linkwater Survey District.
In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 61024, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Extending Prohibition of Alienation of certain Native Land other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 9th day of February, 1925.

His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of six months the Order in Council dated the twelfth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, and gazetted the twenty-first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, prohibiting all alienation of the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.
SCHEDULE.
PARAWAI No. 1B Block, Rotorua Survey District: Approximate area, 14 acres 3 roods 8 perches.

Exempting Agar-Agar from Customs Duty.--(C. No. 17.)

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 9th day of February, 1925.

His Excellency THE GOVERNOR GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section twelve of the Customs Amendment Act, 1921, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby suspend the existing Tariff (being the first Schedule to the Customs Amendment Act, 1921), in so far as it relates to Agar-Agar, and doth hereby declare that Agar-Agar shall be exempt from all Customs duties other than the primage duty of one per centum ad valorem imposed by section fifteen of the said Act.
This Order in Council shall come into force on the date of the publication of the same in the New Zealand Gazette.

The Eastern Side of Portion of Clarence Street, in the City of Auckland, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 9th day of February, 1925.

His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the eleventh day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, viz.:--
"That the Auckland City Council, having control of Clarence Street, Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the said street, fronting a subdivision of Lots 88, 89, and portion 90, Allotment 22, Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland"; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the eastern side of the portion of Clarence Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, known as Clarence Street, fronting a subdivision of Lots 88, 89, and part Lot 90, Allotment 22, Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 61745, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue.

The Southern Side of Donald Street, in the Borough of Lower Hutt, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Lower Hutt Borough Council on the twelfth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three, viz:--
"That the Lower Hutt Borough Council, having control of Donald Street, in the Borough of Lower Hutt, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the southern side of such street"; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the southern side of Donald Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said street, such condition being of the same effect as clause one hundred and two of the Lower Hutt Borough Council's Consolidated Building By-law, 1914.
SCHEDULE.
THE southern side of all that street situated in the Wellington Land District, Borough of Lower Hutt, known as Donald Street. As the said street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 61816, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
