Result of Poll under the Honey-export Control Act, 1924.-
Notice No. Ag. 2447.

IN accordance with the provisions of section two of the
Honey-export Control Act, 1924, it is hereby notified
that the poll under the said Act, taken on the 16th December,
1924, has resulted in the proposal that the said Act be brought
into operation being carried.
The following declaration has been forwarded to me by the
Returning Officer under the said Act.

DECLARATION OF POLL UNDER THE HONEY-EXPORT CONTROL
ACT RELATING TO THE CONTROL OF THE EXPORT OF HONEY.
I, GILBERT GRAHAM HODGKINS, Returning Officer for the
purposes of the Honey-export Control Act, 1924, do hereby
declare the result of the poll taken on the 16th December,
1924, under section two of the said Act, to be as follows:-
For the proposal that the Act be brought into opera-
tion

For the proposal that the Act be not brought into
operation

As the majority of valid votes recorded is in favour of the
proposal that the Act be brought into operation, I hereby
declare that proposal to be carried.

IN accordance with the provisions of section three of the
Fruit Control Act, 1924, it is hereby notified that the
poll under Part I of the said Act, taken on the 16th December,
1924, has resulted in the proposal that Part I of the said Act
be brought into operation being carried.
The following declaration has been forwarded to me by the
Returning Officer under the said Act.

the result of the poll taken on the 16th December, 1924, under
section 3 of the said Act, to be as follows :-
For the proposal that the Act be brought into opera-
tion for control of export of fruit

As the majority of valid votes recorded is in favour of the
