and decree--
That the Partnership existing between the PLAINTIFF and
the DEFENDANT be and the same is hereby dissolved.
And this Court doth further order--
That the accounts of the said Partnership be taken, and the
business thereof wound up by this Honourable Court.

of HARRISON GILL LIMITED.
AT an extraordinary general meeting of HARRISON GILL
LIMITED, duly convened and held at the registered
office of the Company, 81A Manchester Street, Christchurch,
on Thursday, the 30th day of October, 1924, the following
resolution was passed as an extraordinary resolution :—
" That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting
that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue
its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same,
and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily ;
and that a Liquidator or Liquidators be appointed for the
purpose of such winding-up."
And at the said meeting it was further resolved as follows :—
" That J. O. McGILLIVRAY and J. MAWSON STEWART, of
Christchurch, Public Accountants, be and are hereby appointed
Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up.".
