LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE of the loss of memorandum of lease No. 2938 affecting the Te Huruhi No. 12c and part of the Te Huruhi No. 12A Blocks, situated in Block I, Waiheke Survey District, from ALFRED RODERICK ALISON, of Auckland, Gentleman, lessor, to THE DEVONPORT STEAM FERRY COMPANY (LIMITED), lessee, having been lodged with me, together with an application to register a certain surrender of the said lease without requiring the production of the outstanding duplicate lease, notice is hereby given of my intention to register the said surrender in terms of section 40 of the Land Transfer Act, 1915, on the expiration of fourteen days from 2nd October, 1924.
