Appointing Trustee for Building at Whakapirau, Kaipara Harbour.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of July, 1924.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council:
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the thirtieth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 124 of the second day of August following, the management of a building which is erected on the foreshore at Whakapirau, Kaipara Harbour, and which is shown on plans marked M.D. 2719 and 2721, and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, was vested in William Henry Heathcote Jackman, Henry Edward Fitzgerald McMurdo, and Thomas Henry Hanna as trustees for the inhabitants of the district:
And whereas the said Henry Edward Fitzgerald McMurdo and Thomas Henry Hanna subsequently resigned their appointments, and by Order in Council dated the twenty-fourth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 138, of the twenty-seventh day of the same month, Robert Heatley and Henry Habberfield Short were appointed trustees in respect of the said building in their place:
And whereas the aforesaid William Henry Heathcote Jackman is now deceased, and it is desirable to appoint another trustee in his place:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the Harbours Act, 1923, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Guy Henry Jackman
to be a trustee in respect of the said building for the inhabitants of the district, in place of William Henry Heathcote Jackman, deceased.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Archibald Miles William Adams,
Arthur Robinson,
Arthur James Hadfield,
Joseph Henry Anderson,
Albert Barton,
John Rickertsen,
Charles Eardley Peake,
Charles Alfred Hadfield, and
William Booker
to be the Onamalutu Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the thirtieth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, at seven thirty o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Schoolhouse, Onamalutu, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.—ONAMALUTU DOMAIN.
SECTION 184 and parts of Sections 122 and 123, Block XI Onamalutu Survey District: Area, 65 acres 1 rood 13 perches. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/735, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Defining the Boundaries of the Land and Deeds Registration Districts of Auckland, Gisborne, and Hawke’s Bay.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this 21st day of July, 1924.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS by section three of the Land Transfer Act, 1915, it is enacted that the Governor-General, by Order in Council, may from time to time alter the boundaries of any land-registration district:
And whereas by section four or the Deeds Registration Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor-General, by Order in Council, may from time to time alter the boundaries of any registration district constituted under that Act:
And whereas it is desirable to alter the boundaries of the Auckland and the Poverty Bay Districts respectively constituted under the said Acts, and to redefine the boundaries of the Hawke’s Bay District constituted under the said Acts, and to alter the name of the Poverty Bay District to the Gisborne District:
Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the hereinbefore-in-part-recited Acts, and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order that, from and after the date hereof, the boundaries of the said districts shall be as described in the Schedule hereto, and that the Poverty Bay District constituted under the said Acts shall henceforth be known as the Gisborne District constituted under the said Acts.

ALL that area bounded towards the north and north-east generally by the ocean from Cape Maria Van Diemen to the middle of the entrance to Ohiwa Harbour; thence by a right line to the middle of the Nukuhou River; thence up the middle of the said river to its intersection with the western side of the Nukuhou Road at the north-east corner of Allotment 183; thence along the eastern boundary of said Allotment 183, across a road, and again by the east boundary of said Allotment 183 and the eastern boundaries of Allotments 184, 185, 186, 187, 188, 189, 190, 191, and 192, across a road, and along the eastern boundaries generally of Allotments 194 and 195, across a road, and again along the eastern boundary of Allotment 195, and along the eastern boundaries of Allotments 196 and 197, across a road, again along eastern boundary of said Allotment 197, and along the eastern boundaries of Allotments 198, 199, 200, 203, and 204, across a road, along the eastern boundaries of Allotments 207, 208, 211, and 212, across a road, again along the eastern boundary of Allotment 212, and along the eastern boundaries of Allotments 216, 215, 214, and 217, across a road, by the eastern boundaries of Allotments 222 and 223, all of Waimana Parish; thence easterly along the northern boundary of Waimana No. 1E Block, along the north-eastern and south-eastern boundaries of Section 21, Block IV, Waimana Survey District, the south-eastern boundaries of Waimana 1c and 1d Block to Paitana; thence by the south-west boundary of Waimana 1d Block to the north-western corner of Tahora 2A D 2 Block; thence by the south-western boundary of the last-mentioned block to the Waimana River; thence up the middle of that river to its source and along the summit of the range through Maungapohatu Trig. Station to the northernmost point of Waikaremoana Block; thence along the northern and western boundaries of that block to the northern boundary of Maungataniwha Block, along the northern and western boundaries of that block to Te Hoe River, and down the middle of that river to the northern boundary of Tatara-o-Kina Block; thence towards the south generally by Tatara-o-Kina, Tarawera, Te Matai, and Te Matai No. 1 Blocks, to the Mohaka River; thence by the middle of that river to its confluence with the Oamaru Stream; thence by the middle of that stream and by the north-west boundary of the Tapapa No. 2 Block to the Ngarururo River; thence by the middle of that river to the southern corner of Kaimanawa No. 1A Block; thence generally in a north-westerly direction by Kaimanawa No. 1F, Kaimanawa No. 2B, and Te Hautu Blocks to Lake Taupo; thence across the lake by a right line to the mouth of the Kuratau Stream; thence up the middle of that stream, by the north-western boundary of the Oraukura Block, and the south-eastern boundaries of the Raumata, Pukepoto and Waione Blocks, to the Wanganui River; by
