Land proclaimed as a Street in Block XIV, Leeston Survey District, Leeston Town District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the Leeston Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a street: 8·4 perches.
Being portion of R.S. 5787, situated in Block XIV, Leeston Survey District, Leeston Town District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 855/395.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 59270, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of July, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway (Napier northwards) to take further land near Bay View, in addition to land previously acquired, for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1911, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the surface of the land mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, together with that part of the subsoil of such land as is described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby taken as additional land for the Huntly-Awaroa Branch of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
SUBSOIL TAKEN.
As to the areas mentioned in the First Schedule: All the subsoil down to a plane 100 ft. below and approximately parallel to the line of formation-levels of the said railway shown on the plan marked P.W.D. 59867 hereinafter referred to, such plane being horizontal transversely to the said line of formation-levels.
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 59867, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of June, 1924.
