Land proclaimed as a Road in Block IV, Punakitere Survey District, Bay of Islands County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Punakitere Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 acre 0 roods 1 perch.

Portion of Section 3G, Kotuku A Block, situated in Block IV, Punakitere Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 22005.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 57459, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of June, 1924.

Land taken for the Purposes of Septic and Settling Tanks in Block XII, Waitemata Survey District, Borough of Northcote.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of septic and settling tanks, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Northcote, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-sixth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 18·05 perches.

Being Lots 80 and 81 of Allotment 30, Parish of Takapuna.

Situated in Block XII, Borough of Northcote, Waitemata Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 22687.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 59031, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of June, 1924.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of stock-resting reserves; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government roads described in the Schedule hereto, such roads being no longer required.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Whangarei-Kamo Railway to take further land at Whangarei, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:

Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
