Lands in Taranaki Land District forfeited.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned leases and licenses having been declared forfeited by resolution of the Taranaki Land Board, the said lands have thereby reverted to the Crown, under the provisions of the Land Act, 1908, and the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, and amendments.

The majority of the sections comprise level land, well adapted for building-sites. They vary from a dry to swampy nature, but are easily drained. Situated at the present rail-head of the Stratford–Ohura Railway.

TERMS OF SALE..

One-fifth of the purchase-money to be paid on the fall of the hammer, and the balance, with Crown-grant fee (£1), within thirty days thereafter; otherwise the part of the purchase-money paid by way of deposit shall be forfeited, and the contract for the sale of the land be null and void. Titles will be subject to Part XIII of the Land Act, 1908. Full particulars may be obtained at this office.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned reserves will be offered for lease by public auction for a term of seven years at the public hall, Matiere, at 11 o’clock a.m., on Tuesday, the 17th June, 1924, under the provisions of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, and amendments.
