JUDEA LAND DRAINAGE BOARD.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Judea Land Drainage Board hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and sinking fund and other charges on a loan of £2,500 authorized to be raised by the Judea Land Drainage Board under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of draining the Judea Swamp by deepening and widening the Kopurererua Stream and Drain, the said Judea Land Drainage Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of four shillings in the pound on land in Class 1, of two shillings and sevenpence (2s. 7d.) in the pound on land in Class 2, of two shillings and twopence (2s. 2d.) in the pound on land in Class 3, of one shilling and fivepence (1s. 5d.) in the pound on land in Class 4 and 5, of one shilling (1s.) in the pound on land in Class 6, of ninepence (9d.) in the pound on land in Class 7, of sevenpence (7d.) in the pound on land in Class 8, of sixpence (6d.) in the pound on land in Class 9, of fourpence (4d.) in the pound on land in Class 10, of threepence (3d.) in the pound on land in Class 11 and 12, of twopence (2d.) in the pound on land in Class 13, and of one penny (1d.) in the pound on land in Class 14, and levies no rate on land in Class 15, upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Judea Land Drainage District, situate in the County of Tauranga, in the Provincial District of Auckland, and comprising part of Te Papa Parish, Tauranga Survey District; as more particularly delineated in the plan attached hereto; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the first day of May and the first day of November in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, and of all other powers (if any) it thereunto enabling, the Eketa-huna County Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the Eketa-huna County Hamua–Hukanui Road (Deviation) Loan of £1,000, 1924, authorized to be raised by the Eketa-huna County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of forming and metalling the Hamua–Hukanui Road (deviation) purchasing the land and paying all other expenses pertaining to the purchase and legalization of the road, the said Eketa-huna County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of nine fifty-ninths (9/59ths) of a penny in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Hamua–Hukanui Road Devia-
