NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee has filed in the Supreme Court an election to administer in respect of the several estates of the persons deceased whose names, residences, and occupations (so far as known) are hereunder set forth, the gross property in each being estimated not to exceed £400 in value.

NOTICE is hereby given that the lease of the undermentioned section having been declared forfeited by resolution of the Nelson Land Board, the said land has thereby reverted to the Crown, under the provisions of the Land Act, 1908, and amendments.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned section is now open for general application on renewable lease for a term of thirty-three years, in terms of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, and amendments.
Applications will be received at the District Lands and Survey Office, Napier, up to 4 o’clock p.m. on Tuesday, the 6th day of May, 1924.
Applicants must appear personally before the Land Board for examination at the District Lands and Survey Office, Napier, at 10 o’clock a.m. on Thursday, the 8th day of May, 1924; but if any applicant so desires he may be examined by the Land Board of any other district.
The ballot will be held at the District Lands and Survey Office, Napier, at the conclusion of the examination of applicants.
Preference at the ballot will be given to landless applicants who have one or more children dependent on them, to landless applicants who within two years immediately preceding the date of the ballot have applied for land at least twice unsuccessfully, to applicants who have served beyond New
