IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by section twenty of the Land Laws
Amendment Act, 1912, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
set apart the land described in the Schedule hereto for disposal
under the section of the Act mentioned.

SECTION 55, Block X, Hohoura East Survey District: Area,
32 acres 0 roods 29 perches.

Postmasters appointed to take and receive Statutory Declarations.


PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the
two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices
of the Peace Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
notify and declare that the persons set out in the Schedule
hereto, being persons holding the office of Postmaster under
the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, at the places set opposite
their names in the said Schedule, are authorized to take and
receive statutory declarations under the two-hundred-and-
eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908.
