Notice under the Shops and Offices Act, 1921–22, as to the Statutory Closing-day in the Combined District of Gisborne and Mangapapa.
NOTICE is hereby given that, in exercise of the powers in this behalf conferred upon me by the Shops and Offices Act, 1921–22, and in terms of notice in writing duly received by me from the chairman of the conference of delegates of all the local authorities of the combined district of Gisborne and Mangapapa, as constituted for the purpose of that Act, and comprising the Borough of Gisborne and the Town District of Mangapapa, I, George James Anderson, Minister of Labour, do hereby appoint Thursday to be the statutory closing-day for shops in the said combined district of Gisborne and Mangapapa.
